How Are You Feeling About Returning to the Office? Tell Us.

Tell us what you’re worried or excited about as you prepare to potentially leave remote work behind.

Remote work has been a source of relief for some people. Going to the office often meant pressure to arrive early and stay late. It might have brought a steady stream of microaggressions. Even the most extroverted could find water cooler banter wearying. In numerous studies conducted last year, researchers found that a majority of women and people of color preferred working from home for a range of reasons. But plenty of employees have also missed the camaraderie and mentorship of in-person work.

The New York Times is reporting an article about how people felt about the office before the pandemic and what emotions they’re experiencing as they might be preparing to report back to their desks. We’d like to hear about your experiences.
