Are You Affected by the Conflict in Ukraine?

The New York Times would like to hear from people who are directly affected by the Russian military operations in Ukraine.

President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia declared the start of a “special military operation” in Ukraine on Thursday, after months of speculation about Russia’s intentions as it massed tens of thousands of troops on Ukraine’s border.

We would like to hear from people who are affected by the conflict. If you are in a safe place and able to do so, please tell us what you are experiencing. If you have been in touch with friends and family in the affected areas, please tell us what it has been like trying to get — and stay — in touch. A reporter might contact you to hear more.
